Special touches
Our grounds are a treat year round. Yellow forsythia and daffodils herald the arrival of spring in March. White dogwood flowers pop open during the Easter season. Enjoy a summer breeze in a rocker or on a porch swing on our inviting, wide wrap-around veranda shaded by tall trees. Look for colorful foliage during the fall. Camellias provide red accents to the winter landscape during the late fall. Pecans (pronounced here the Southern way:"PEE cans") pepper the lawn in the winter.
The home is beautifully appointed with the elements of Southern charm. Inside you'll find tastefully decorated rooms with interesting touches, like old fireplaces with stately mantles and ceramic tile surrounds. An inviting sunroom with a Southern exposure takes the chill from your bones on even the coldest winter day.
You will enjoy Nancy's fabulous doll collection and her unique spoon collection, dating from her teenage years. Flo Bleu china is displayed throughout the home.
